Mr. Kunda hails from a successful and impressive business background and has been one of the leading real estate entrepreneurs in South India since the early 1990s. He set up Golden Gate Properties in 1995 and through his visionary leadership, Golden Gate has since grown into becoming one of the foremost real estate and property development companies in South India, with several successful projects in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Mr. Pratap holds a graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad.

He has been with the company since its inception and has been instrumental in establishing and expanding developmental activities of Golden Gate and its associated companies in Bangalore. A young visionary, Mr. Raj has successfully established Golden Gate as a leading real estate developer in South India by streamlining the company's operations and implementing a culture based on transparency and accountability. Mr. Raj is the one who devised the company's land acquisitions strategy and liasioning with regulatory authorities. He holds a postgraduate degree in Management.

Oliver Sequeria - Vice President – Direct Marketing

Oliver has 25 years of work experience primarily in Sales and Business Development across a few industries like Engineering, Office Automation, NBFC's, Banks, IT, Life Insurance and now Real Estate. He has experience across various stages of the business life cycle, i.e. start ups, growth, mature, decline and revival stage.

Oliver has gained experience with multiple known brands in the financial services space like ING, L&T, ABN Amro, ICICI etc and in his last stint at ING Life Insurance over a stint of 13 years, led multiple sales channels apart from having a stint in operations and customer services.


Maruthi S., Head - Finance & Accounts, Commune Properties India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Maruthi brings with him about 2 decades of rich experience in the field of Finance, Accounts and Taxation. He has worked shoulder to shoulder with management in all his previous assignments in India and Overseas.

As Head - Finance & Accounts, Mr. Maruthi takes care of Strategic Financial Planning, Corporate performance & systems, Forecasting & Budgeting, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting. He is responsible for overseeing Accounts, Audits, & Statutory Matters. He also manages Fund Raising of the entire Golden Gate Group and Fund Management for the couple of Group Companies.


Dr. Phaniraj Mathamudre Shastry, GM – PMO

Dr. Shastry is a seasoned professional with nearly 28 years of experience in Project Management, Coordination, Contract Administration/ Management, Construction Management, Resource Planning & Control. He is adept in planning, executing and spearheading diverse construction projects including but not limited to Metro / Hydro Power Project, Residential Projects, High-end Apartments, Multi-storey Complex, IT Parks, Retail Mall, Hotels, Multiplex theatres, etc.

Along with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards, he possess a clear understanding of the industry, technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence, most economically.

Mr. Lobo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Prior to joining Commune, he had worked for reputed organizations such as Citigroup, I.B.M, Tata Consultancy Services & Standard Chartered Bank handling varied roles from Customer Relationship to Credit Counselling & Risk Management. With a work experience of 12 years, he is the most fitting leader for a customer centric role. He currently manages the entire CRM department, handles all post sales related activities, and designs policies and procedures to enhance internal and external customer experience.
